how to make 3d gundam model in sketchup (part 2 - sketchup introduction)
........ so i hear you want to do a bit diet??? are you sure??? just sayin that you can get this baby for about two to three bucks in indonesia (^,^)..... fuck you, now i'm starting to get hungry myself
FOR ALL OF THE PRECIOUS MONKEY SHIT ON EVERY ZOO AROUND THE WORLD, we better start to get back into the topic.
Well.. welcome back my fellow... Avast ye, scurvy cur! ( ever curious about that shout in pirate of caribbean ? i have inserted the link for you to widen your vocabulary for the sake of some polite business conversation)
Crap, this blog is going nowhere lol
welcome back my fellow sorcery ! On this post i'm gonna guide you all into the world of sorcery where you can even made your very own nostril (if you really want it). I assume that most of you who get stranded here was already know about what sketchup is. for all of you who doesn't know it yet you can click this link google sketchup.
basically sketchup is like the most easy and FREE 3d modelling program you can ever found on this world ( i don't really know if doraemon have a better one or not though). This program have a totally different ways of working from 3d max or CAD or any famous 3d program you can ever spit. While CAD use a lot of rigorous "must understand first" procedure which will make your brain feel like getting squished by boobs.... i mean by bulls. sketchup use more intuitive approach like microsoft words, have any of you remember how and when exactly you can use words??? nobody remember it right, you just can do it and that's it
sketchup have a feature called "plugins" and i swear by the love of god, this feature will really get you high and unconsciously shout feeeverrrrr feeeeeverrrr (you will get this joke if you have played line pop). this plugins is freely distributed on forums like sketchucation and it grows almost every day.
oh and before you plunge deeply into my post, i am really sorry to tell you that this blog is intended for medium to expert sketchup enthusiast. but... because i also want you to grow, you can check this offfcial sketchup tutorial video link on youtube (offcourse it's on youtube, for your info, google have bought youtube since like forever )
sketchup official tutorial
NB : i also learn from it, i even have save all that video on my laptop for backup, just in case godzilla decide to have fun and stomp youtube main storage, you can never be too careful with godzilla though
To be honest, my "first night" with sketchup is when i starting to get tired with my trustful ex called coreldraw.
That fuckin bitch is really annoy me with all of her whine and idiotic way of living. Finally i decide to meet another beauty on a blind date.
I've met 3dmax but her way of talking is really sophisticated and i don't really feel our relationship gonna last long.. I mean... how can we live in harmony if even when i want to create a simple random box and she asked me about 3 to 4 step of option... DAMN gurlllll i just want some box!!!
After that unfortunate living hell, i met autocad, which have such a fine body and sleek looks. BUT.. when i just started to speak.. she asked me a damn lot of cpu power, give me a bloody long loading and preparing everything like she was asked for a one year vacation around the galaxy. I've tried to deal with it because some of my friend keep sending me a blueprint on .cad extension and i need her so bad for reading it.
But.. we does not really have a fine ending.. she just asked to much of my lappie power.. and i decide to leave her by the time... That's when i met sketchup. She offered me a help of reading .cad extension with blazing fast loading and million of her plugins friend and she even just asked for 50 megabyte of my precious storage. That moment... i will never be able to forget it.. Such a kind angel, neatly packaged in just 50 mb data... I'm in love...
now i feel really sucks for making such a romantic short novel for programs.... (>,<)
